General Fixes

  • Correctly process PLAYER_LEVEL_UP and CHARACTER_POINTS_CHANGED events
  • Correctly process PLAYER_MOUNT_DISPLAY_CHANGED and UPDATE_SHAPESHIFT_FORM events
