Fixes #8

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Bring several improvements from the latest Amiberry repo to Amiberry-Lite
  • Harmonize the build system - Makefile and specific platform options become obsolete, instead we only use CMake
  • Update pipelines to only build ARM and ARM64 platforms. Everyone else is better off with the full Amiberry version anyway.
