Notification shade and navigation bar have different theme

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The notification shade (the thing which showstime, battery, wifi, data, notification icons etc) is always black in colour irrespective of selected theme. The notification shade usually follows the colour theme of the opened app. The navigation bar is grey (I have enabled Dark mode in Android). What I'm trying to say is that the app does not run full screen.

In the light theme, the floating bar is still dark. Just let me know if a new Issue/bug report should be created for that.
