Add translation.md & Various Updates

- Added `translation.md` guide
- Fixed instances where a new line would tab over instead of 5 spaces therefore causing an error when building the docs in  `.pages` files.
- Did the same with all instances of `authors:`
- Added warning to ATG contribution `README.md` about not using Tab
- Changed all CF links to `www.legacy.`
- Added proper doc headers to all ATM6 docs
- Added proper footer to all ATM6 docs
- Added descriptions and videos (for those that had them) for ATM7-Lite, ATM7, ATM7-Sky, ATM9-Sky, Gravitas 2, Gravitas 1, ATM-S, ATM-VB
- New ATM9 & ATM9-Sky faq
- New workaround for `formatting.md` to include dark mode image
- Added outdated note to `amp.md`
