Previously, the
CONTRIBUTING.mdled the user to theclientdirectory for contributing and building the frontend of the extension. This caused the user to run into an issue when they triednpm run build, as nobuildscript existed.The changes that were made in this PR were, updating the folder structure and instructions for any new contributor to setup the initial frontend from the 'NewClient' folder.
