Sanity in digits options

Digits options are hidden in several places throughout the report... there's a digits argument for analyze() and hidden digits options in the ctt_template.Rmd and test_info_out(). Suggest just one argument to report, if any, that clarifies options, or just use R's global options(digits = ...) to govern this.
