Corrected the illogical logic in the SimpleConstruction! (SCON) patch
Misplaced excitement, removed ! from where it shouldn't be
Crew no longer are incorporeal and now cannot pass through solid tanks at will
English, Simplified Chinese, and Taiwanese localization files
- Update and synchronize
- Add additional strings for upcoming parts
- custom science experiment now can be localized
remove extraneous and superfluous resource definitions
