Can Cmd Args be saved in the .tag?

In order to get atom-ctags to work properly, I had to use the Cmd Args setting to exclude directories. This starts to become an issue when working with multiple projects. When I switch projects I have to manually modify the Cmd Args setting so that the current project isn't excluded.

This can become quite tedious. As far as I'm ware, there are no project specific settings for atom. This is why I'm wondering if the Cmd Args setting can be included in the .tags. This would allow project specific setup.
