For type of mortgage which may balance increase as per characteristic below:

  • Further advance from the borrower
  • HELOC -> draw action from borrower

There should be a new input curve which apply to Mortgage asset class, which will increase the performing balance

  • Things to consider
    • whether there should be a new extra field of "draw" to mortgage flow ?
