Input buttons aren't working

I am trying to set it up with the PS4 controller. Unfortunately, no response and can't set them up at all. Nothing.

Hello. I am the sole maintainer of this free project, doing this in my spare time while dealing with other real life commitments, so I can't always reply in the shortest time possible.

That said, the regular Windows Forms-build of the emulator only supports XInput-compatible controllers/drivers, while the debugger build only supports keyboard input.

Does the PS4 controller, or more specifically whichever driver or software you're using with it, support XInput or only ex. DirectInput? If it does not support XInput, it won't be compatible for the moment.

I can look into alternative ways of interfacing with game controllers, but can't guarantee that that would improve compatibility.

Thanks for the replying. I am not push you or anything. I know that you are still workong on this awesome Wonderswan Emulator. Only I know of is DS4Windows. I had an issues with DS4Windows but I have to look into it some more to resolve, thought. And I also about SCPToolkit and haven't tried it as well.

And thank you for look into alternative ways if you can. I would be happy to test PS4 controller with your emulator for you and report back to you.

I personally use a Dualshock 4 with DS4Windows, and it works fine with StoicGoose. I'd personally recommend trying to figure out how to get DS4Windows to work properly, I know it has a troubleshooting page on the website, maybe that would help. I hope you can resolve your issues with it.
