Time line updation

• Model should be enabled even when we click the certificate module description.
  -currently it is coming very small with scroll option. It shall be full window screen
  -Dummy data is currently coming and it needs to be connected to the backend
  -'Top contributors' title can be fetched from backend. Bcz we are going to include winners in various competitions conducted by the club
  -Order of leaf needs to be updated. Both left and right can be 2024. As we move down other years can come.
  -show only four leafs and provide "view more option" to load next 8 leafs.
  -colors can be fetched from backend while adding new year.
  -the width of year line looks double.. Reduce it a bit.
• the middle main branch can be of single color. Currently both colors are there.
• we are growing from 2022, is not fitting well inside the leaf.
• in mobile view, there is some overflow issue. Check xceed.nitj.ac.in
