Need email alarm for when inverters are active #4

Inverter hardware doesn't support email notifications except for on warnings & faults 👎

Use the logger to send email alarms:

if inverters switch from pass-through to active inverting
as battery voltage drops below 'warning' thresholds (80% / 50% / 25% ?)
