I sent Matic tokens from the EC20 to the Polygon network (Same wallet) and then ever showed up.

I tried the Redeem function listed however it states the tokens have already been redeemed.
It provided this address which I do not recognize of of the top of my head. Did I get hacked? What can I do from here??
