Module depends on ipython-genutils but it's not a dependency #447

This package depends on ipython_genutils here, but currently it isn't pulled in with the dependencies. It was previously pulled in via ipympl, which is pulled in via ipywidgets. However, the newest ipympl release (0.9.5, from 2 days ago) no longer depends on ipython-genutils.

Ah, I did not see #446 when I opened this issue
