Problems with win-rnnoise in Discord and questions about folders

Could you help me with these two problems?

I have problems using Win-rnoise in a Discord call. Even though I activate it, I still hear a buzzing sound and I don't know what to do.

And I don't know what the rnnoise.vt3 and rnnoise lvl2 folders are for.

Did you set it up in APO?
I found that this worked for me:

In my specific case, I added an additional selector to the AT2035 config because the left channel is the mic while the right channel is my guitar (otherwise, the effect would apply to my guitar as well), so you can probably omit that part.
