VST not working on Windows 10 1809 with lighthost? #187

When i try to import the VST into light host i get this error
2024-01-23 02_47_11-

I have it running fine in light host with no issues on Windows 10 21H2, is there a specific problem with this VST on Windows 10 1809? Reaplugs installs just fine
