Components that can logically accept Numeric Constant should accept without need for conversion

There is still some old, inconsistent logic in the model view, a couple of components don't accept both numeric constant (single number, scalar) and numeric grid when it makes sense to accept both. A conversion is required.

Consider all components and update sockets accordingly.
