Display status of each closed race (closed races are ones which appear as line items in Starts sheet)

Differentiate between dns, started (finish time unknown), finished crews (time available), finished (rtd) or dsq.

Make it clear how many unknown crews there are and display a warning if a certain threshold/time has elapsed in entered times beyond the last-finished crew in that race.
