Include AT and Browser Versions testers are using on the Conflicts page

Discussed in a recent CG meeting https://www.w3.org/2024/11/14-aria-at-minutes.html#6cbe:

Matt_King: ... when we're looking at the conflicts, we can't see the versions that each person is using (neither AT versions nor browser versions)
howard-e: ... that's important -- let's track that

This change should be applied to the Output table. Taking this staging link conflicts page for example:

Output for 'After Space'

Tester	Output
mmoss	Hello
IsaDC	Hello

would become:
