Title of Resource:

Current scope text:

outlining age appropriate accessibility principles that can be integrated into computer science or digital design courses;

Suggested scope text:

outlining age appropriate accessibility principles that can be integrated into learning that includes using digital materials;

Rationale:

Given the ubiquity of digital content creation activities in work and social environments I don't think it should be limited to just integrated into 'computer science' or 'digital design courses'. For example, kids may be asked by their teacher to create a presentation on a geography subject. The subject has nothing to do with digital design but the presentation would most likely be created in a digital presentation tool (Keynote, PowerPoint, Sheets... whatever). What considerations should be included for that?

Great point. I've had similar thoughts regarding the user groups we are considering for the 'Navigating the WAI website' initiative.

@iadawn This is a potential extension of scope as we look towards younger kids, and there is at least one resource focused on this (learntoenable.co.uk). I think the initial scope should be focused on coding/computer science (and things that can be directly related to coding, like digital design).
