第一次打开的第一一个页面都会卡顿3-5s

I've been using VNote for about half a year now, and currently, there's only one issue that significantly affects efficiency:

The default mode when entering a file is editing mode.
When I open a new tab for the first time to enter editing mode, it definitely takes around 3-5 seconds.
I have tried all the OPENGL options, but the issue persists.

Environment: Windows 10 22H2 x64 (12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700, 2.10 GHz, Intel UHD Graphics 770)
VNote version: 3.18.2 (installed outside of the C drive)

用了半年左右的vnote了，目前只有一个卡顿比较影响效率

默认进入文件的编辑模式
第一次打开一个新的标签进入编辑模式，会肯定3-5s左右
OPEN GL 选项都试过了一遍，现象依旧

环境，windows10 22H2 x64(12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 2.10 GHz,Intel UHD Graphics 770)
vnote版本：3.18.2（安装在非C盘）
