Add diverse other IDs

What is the motivation for your change request?
The VIVO Ontology would be improved by providing more choices for (persistant) identifiers of diverse entities. In the ID survey a lot of "other" IDs were mentioned.

Describe the solution you'd like
This issue is more of a collection of suggestions. The single suggestions should be evaluated individually or in groups and be discussed in the Ontology Interest Group.
