Language tags in the ontology file #53

In vivo.owl we have just "en" entry as a language tag e.g.:

<rdfs:label xml:lang="en">assigns</rdfs:label>

Doesn't it make sense to extend the language tags with subtags like e.g.:

<rdfs:label xml:lang="en-US">assigns</rdfs:label>

hauschke assigned hauschke and brianjlowe and unassigned hauschke

In my opinion it has higher priority to add further languages than to reproduce fussily the regional variants of one language.
