use bootstrap-iconpicker in to Vue2

I import files without vue files and it works. but when I want import vue files. bootstrap-iconpicker is not worked and don't show any errors on console?
what can I do?

I tried to use this with WordPress and it didn't work for me either. It works well in stand-alone HTML; but not when integrated with WordPress. It shows up the popup.
