Phase 1: sign_credential should sign using Elliptic Curves keys #7

Add support for signing a Credential using Elliptic Curves eIDAS keys.

This scenario will require the following components:

a x509 certificate generated with EC keys (both secp256k1 and Curve25519)
a Digital Service Signature deployed capable of signing with ECDSA and EdDSA algorithms
