Using octahedral symmetry, select one blue strut on the x azis and one on the z axis then switch to antiprism symmetry. The z axis strut is no longer in the same orbit so the strut comparisons should treat them accordingly. Also, switching symmetries may change the embedding so angles and other measurements may need to change. Triggering a recalc when symmetry changes should fix this problem.
This probably isn't a priority for desktop since Scott is moving to a browser based editor, but I want to document the issue anyway.

A work-around for now is to manually deselect then reselect anything after changing symmetries. This will change the selection and force a recalculation.
When opening a vZome file that has any items pre-selected, the measure tab does not indicate that anything is selected. I think this is closely related to the symmetry change issue. The work-around mentioned previously works in this situation as well. Both situations should be tested before calling this issue resolved.
