Add a category in the templates called use case

Currently, at https://unkey.com/templates/ we only have 2 categories called frameworks and languages.

Create one more category called as use case which would have options like

1. Boilerplate
2. Route protection
3. RABC

Similar to https://vercel.com/templates/

Hi @chronark, I have added the labels to all the existing templates too in the PR, take a look. And the categories under use case are placed according to the issue like boilerplate, racb, route protection.
