Gen4 Trade-Up Fateful Encounter Bug

Hi!

I've recently found an issue when I try to send a Pokémon from XD: Gale of Darkness to Emerald or other GBA game:

Every Pokémon catched in XD have a Fateful encounter flag. This one disappears if we send this Pokémon to other 3 gen games like Emerald. At first, it doesn't seem to be a problem since this flag is not shown in-game, but if we transfer those Pokémon up to gen 5/6, a legit XD Pokémon has a Met location a bit different than other Pokémon.
