Hi, I understand this project hasn't been updated in quite a while, but there's an issue concerning the integrity of save files. I can't tell for sure if it's the program itself or if there is something wrong with a couple of my saves. For reference, I have not used ANY kinds of cheats or glitches in these saves, and have played and traded between them exclusively in mGBA on Windows 10 and 11. It would be good to know whether the corruption is coming from the game itself or Trigger's PC.

All other FRLG saves I load in TPC have the normal, correct item counts. However, after completing one FR and an LG save (PokéDex and everything), my item quantities for both are shown as being well over 300 even if there are really only a few in my bag. Everything besides Storage PC Items and Key Items are affected. I've looked at the same saves in other save editors (including PKHeX), which all correctly display the in-game quantities. If I have an item in game with a quantity of x1, it shows as x361 in TPC. Strangely, other (less complete, since I can't find any 100% saves) saves from other people come up with correct quantities. My Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Colo and XD saves all have no issues so far.

I'm wondering if something shifted in the save layout after connecting instances in mGBA, due to some random glitch. I can't tell exactly when this might have happened but I'm thinking it occurred during the several link trades and battles I was doing. Can anyone confirm whether TPC just isn't reading these particular saves correctly, or if these saves are actually corrupted? Again, everything appears normal otherwise in PKHeX and other programs, and no cheats or anything exploitative were used in these saves.

Thank you for any insight. Some examples shown below.
