ansipainter.go has a note (from my earlier checking in bunyan early days) that ANSI blue is not being visible in cmd.exe (or whatever common Window terminal). Is that still true today?
If there are any Windows users listening, I would appreciate:
a listing of the common and default Windows terminals; and
a screenshot of curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/trentm/go-ecslog/main/examples/levels.log | ecslog on each of these shells (perhaps with both light and dark background common/default themes)
