💄 Improve Docs Table's Styling

With changes to getting rid of some of the old styled jsx that the docs was using, we also incidentally removed the old table styling. However this gives us a an opportunity to redesign the tables.

Note we arent 100% sure why these styles changed as docAndBlogComponents which is responsible for the TinaDocs rendering components wasnt impacted in this way
