What to do

Add variation to the simulations, and run again,
Compare distances to see if it really changes a lot,
Give 2 profiles and groups,
Stay on P1, check if all the children are in S2 before switching to P2,
In the end, compare the simulated landscape, simulated seascape, and empirical.

color points according to omega
add names of outlier genes
run sim on more genes (genes that are both adaptive and where I ran the empirical)
