Disabling "Include muted chats in folder counters" in notification settings doesn't account for mentions and replies

Steps to reproduce

1. Get a folder with several muted unread chats, some of those with mentions/replies
2. Disable "Include muted chats in folder counters" in settings

Expected behaviour

Counter should still show the number of mentions or chats with mentions (depending on "Count unread messages" setting)

Actual behaviour

There's no counter as if there were no mentions, just muted chats.

This may be intended behaviour but I strongly feel that unread mentions/replies should be treated the same as messages in unmuted chats in this regard
