keyboard doesn't work

Hi everyone! Why might the keyboard not work in the Tauri window? I can't enter text into inputs. If I run the application as administrator, then everything is ok.

The application is compiled in the release version and installed through msi. Win x64

This is reproducible on a clean tauri-app project (w/ angular ui framework).
