Questionable Monero blocks

Describe the bug
Clythor often reports achieving the monero staginet difficulty and winning a block. It submits to the MergeMiningProxy, which submits to the monero node. All of this happens without any visible errors in the logs. By all dimensions, it looks like the block has been submitted.

When monitoring the monero block explorer the block is never added to the chain. Sometimes taking minutes before the next block is found.
