[SUBS] Use just 1 message for low balance validation

Currently there are 2 messages which IMO could be quite confusing for a user who has not experienced Superfluid

I suggest removing the "buffer" message , as a new user would not know what it is , we are not showcasing it anywhere and at the end its the same scenario from the users perspective, they need 24+ hours worth of flow to start a stream
