Improve token ordering

Currently the token selector contains an unordered (from user's perspective) list of all SuperTokens on the selected chain.
Even when filtering, it can be difficult to find the relevant tokens, e.g. there's currently 10 SuperTokens named "USDCx" on Polygon.
After the deployment of the "canonical wrapper token" protocol feature, this can be improved by highlighting the canonical token.
Additionally we may consider the listing status and usage (e.g. number of streams) for the order.
