Describe the problem that you are trying to solve.
Multiple organizations are usually part of a Blockchain network. While developing code also, it will be useful test with multiple orgs in a network and identities in those different organizations.

Describe the solution you'd like
The local Fabric environment should support multiple organizations in a network. Currently, the network created only has one organization.
