Title Icon size of 16x16 #184

Is it possible to make the Title bar Icon to have a size of 16x16?

Seems that my 16x16 sized icon gets stretched to 32x32.

Also the default Close/Maximize/Minimize icons are bigger that in the default windows window buttons.

Is there a chance to decrease the size of the icons in the Title bar?
