Global ordered scope by config

In 99% of cases I want the ordered scope to be applied globally by default so that my model is always sorted. This could be done by default through config (to not change current behavior) like this:

Would this be something to include in the package? I'm happy to supply a PR, but I'm asking first before putting in the work.
