There are terminology popups that appear on a click of Market Match, SFMNP, SNAP, and WIC in the farmers' market entries:

The rollover state is managed by JavaScript applied to a <span>, but it should be a link instead. When JavaScript is disabled clicking the link should go to a terminology page (which will need a /terminology route), which functions the same way as the about page links in the upper-right of the page.
