Add profiles

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For example, when studying I would like to have a 5 minute break every 25 minutes. However, when working on something on the computer actively, I would like to have a different system.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have settable profiles which include the break duration, break frequency and the types/texts of breaks.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I would also be fine with just having the duration for profiles.
