Add .tar.gz package at pip

could you please add .tar.gz package at pip? Not every machine have unzip installed.

@Teeed according to this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34864251/how-can-i-upload-both-zip-and-targz-distributions-to-pypi the tar.gz and zip work on any system b/c during package installation, Python is used to unzip the files. You are manually installing and not cannot use pip?

In short: yes. I am forced to use internal dependency management system which does not support .zip.

I have repacked package for my use, but thought that it would be a nice addition to this project (every other package from pypi that we use have .tar.gz associated with it).
