Missing "Mentor" field in GUADEC/GSOC template

I think it's good to have the "mentor" field in template for interns. I'm not sure how to do it properly, because not all GUADEC's lightning talks are related to either OPW or GSOC. Maybe it should be an optional field in the template, but I don't know if latex allows to define something like 'optionals'.

Note: this will be needed only for next years template. Also note that the
template is intended for guadec not only interns lightning talks.
