Cloth Config v11.1.136 crashes Minecraft server #297

It's the only mod I have in the mod folder due to my isolation process of filtering out which mods don't work. I have discovered v11.1.136 for 1.20.1 crashes the server at start. However v11.1.118 works just fine. However the only problem is, some mods I updated now only work with v11.1.136 not v11.1.118. So whatever you did with the latest version, you broke something.

I've added both log & debug log.
debug.log
latest.log
