Hi guys came across this site and opendeck while searching Google.
So I was originally looking at designing a midi foot controller using a Arduino pro micro or similar with a multiplexer.
My goal is to make a midi foot controller to control the tonex pedal .
I would have 5 foot latching switches with corresponding LEDs , and possibly 3 buttons with integrated LEDs like these.
https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1453530224/8mm-push-button-switch-momentary.
I would need midi in/out a usb and or 9v 2.1 DC connector for power.
And a display to show bank etc
So now I'm confused of what board I need for this project and what multiplexor I would need, a quick search on Google just gives me the CD74HC4067 .
I've read on this forum I need the 3.3v not 5v version .
So some advice would be greatly appreciated.
Marcus
