这个天气数据的来源有点问题。https://github.com/sfyc23/EverydayWechat/blob/master/everyday_wechat/control/weather/_city_sojson.json#L421
比如说北京市朝阳区的cityID以前是101010300，现在sojson改成了101060110，而实际上这个是长春市朝阳区的天气(parent字段是“长春”)：http://t.weather.sojson.com/api/weather/city/101060110
