When trying to publish to the GPR, npm ci fails as it's apperently unauthorized to fetch the @server-state/types dependency from the GPR (cf. https://github.com/server-state/auth-jwt-server/runs/385831116).

I've disabled publishing to the GPR for now, but this is something that we should fix before v1.0
