Describe the Housekeeping
As developers we need to remove the Saphyr pipeline as it is being sunsetted:

• - remove app/models/saphyr
• - remove app/resources/saphyr
• - remove app/controllers/saphyr
• - remove app/saphyr
• - remove config/pipelines/saphyr
• - remove saphyr namespace from config/routes.rb
• - remove lib/tasks/create_enzymes.rake
• - remove lib/tasks/migrate_saphyr_data.rake
• - remove lib/tasks/saphyr_runs.rake
• - remove spec/factories/saphyr
• - remove spec/models/saphyr
• - remove spec/pipelines/saphyr
• - remove spec/requests/saphyr
• - run tests to check for failures
• - remove any left over references to saphyr
• - start server to ensure everything works as it should
• - deploy from branch to ensure that it deploys as expected
