User story
As a lab user, I want to see a clear and intuitive message when exporting a Lib PCR Pool XP Tube to Traction from Limber in the BioScan pipeline, so that I can understand the status of the export process without confusion or alarm.

When the Export button is pressed, Limber polls Traction three times at 1000ms intervals. If the exported Tube is not found within this duration, the message "The export cannot be verified. Try again" currently appears. Although the operation is often successful and can be confirmed after a delay, this message has led to confusion among lab users, who mistakenly believe the operation was unsuccessful.

To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• Replace the existing message with:
  "The export process to Traction has been initiated. Verification may take a few seconds to complete, depending on factors like network speed. Please revisit or refresh the page after 10 minutes."
• Change the message text and button color to blue (or another less alarming color) to reduce confusion or anxiety.
